Summary
As a Multi Trader at Your Option, you will play a vital role in maintaining and enhancing the quality of our service delivery in East London. This position is essential for ensuring that our clients receive the best possible environment tailored to their needs.
Responsibilities
- Perform a variety of maintenance tasks across multiple trades including plumbing, electrical work, carpentry, and painting in domestic properties.
- Respond promptly to client requests and ensure all work is completed to a high standard.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient service delivery.
- Conduct regular inspections of domestic properties to identify maintenance needs.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.
- Assist in the development of maintenance schedules and plans.
Requirements
- Proven experience in multi-trade maintenance or similar roles.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with clients and team members.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Basic knowledge of health and safety regulations in facilities management.
