Overview
We are seeking a skilled and reliable Multi trade operative/ handyman to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a diverse skill set to handle a variety of maintenance and repair tasks in domestic properties.
The role requires a pro active individual who can work independently and effectively manage time while ensuring high quality workmanship.
Duties.
-Fitting kitchens and bathrooms.
-Perform general repairs and maintenance tasks, including plumbing, electrical, carpentry and painting.
-Respond promptly to maintenance requests from clients, ensuring timely completion of tasks.
-Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition.
- Ability to communicate effectively with clients .
-Ensure safety regulations with safety regulations.
Experience.
-Proven experience as a multi trade/ handyman or in a similar role is preferred.
-Strong knowledge of various repair techniques and maintenance practices.
-Familiarity with tools and equipment used in maintenance tasks.
-Excellent problem solving skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
-Good communication skills to interact effectively with clients and team members.
