What We’re Looking For:
- Experience in multiple trades such as carpentry, plumbing, tiling, decorating, or general maintenance.
- A positive, can-do attitude and a strong work ethic.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities
- Perform a variety of maintenance tasks including carpentry and plumbing to ensure the functionality of facilities.
- Drive to various job sites to execute repairs and installations as needed.
- Assess and troubleshoot issues to provide timely solutions.
- Collaborate with team members to prioritize and complete projects efficiently.
- Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition, ensuring safety and compliance with regulations.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: From £31,200.00 per year
