The Role
We're seeking an enthusiastic Multi-Skilled Outdoor Operations Assistant to support both sides of our thriving business. This is a varied, hands-on role perfect for someone who enjoys working outdoors and thrives in a dynamic environment. We are looking ideally for 3 days per week to include Mondays, Fridays & alternative Saturdays – hours can be flexible for the right person.
Key Responsibilities
- Outdoor Operations: Site maintenance, landscaping support, and general outdoor tidying
- Warehouse & Logistics: Forklift operation, stock management, and merchandising displays
- Maintenance & DIY: General repairs, equipment maintenance, and facility upkeep
- Customer Service: Front desk coverage, phone support, and till operations during busy periods
- Product Presentation: Creating attractive displays and maintaining showroom standards
What We're Looking For
- Practical Skills: DIY experience, maintenance background, or trade skills
- Forklift License: Non essential but a willingness to learn appreciated
- Physical Fitness: Comfortable with manual work and outdoor conditions
- Customer Service: Friendly, professional approach when covering reception/sales
- Flexibility: Adaptable team player who enjoys variety in their workday
- Reliability: Consistent attendance and strong work ethic

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
Pay: £25,500.00-£27,000.00 per year
Expected hours: 24 – 30 per week
