Multi-Skilled Tradesperson – Exciting Opportunity
Based in Staffordshire | Competitive Pay | Transport Preferred
Staff4dshire Properties Ltd (part of a growing group of four construction companies) is expanding rapidly. We are proud to be working with some of the UK’s leading blue-chip clients, delivering projects that range from high-end residential works to large-scale commercial contracts.
We’re on the lookout for driven, reliable, and multiskilled tradespeople to join our growing team. This is a fantastic chance for someone who wants long-term security, progression, and the opportunity to be part of something big.
The Role
We’re looking for individuals with proven skills across the building trade. Experience in any of the following is highly valued:
- Bricklaying
- Porcelain slab laying / hard landscaping
- Carpentry and joinery
- Roofing
- General building and finishing skills
Being multiskilled is a big advantage as we work across varied projects.
What We Need From You
- Reliability and punctuality – we need people we can count on.
- Flexibility – overtime and some weekends may be required.
- Transport preferred – ideally you have your own van/car and tools.
- Work ethic – we’re not interested in people chasing top rates without bringing the skills or commitment to match.
What You Get
- The chance to work with a fast-growing company group (four companies, with ambitious growth plans).
- Exposure to some of the biggest clients in the industry.
- Ongoing opportunity – for the right people, this can grow into a long-term, rewarding career.
- A team environment where skills are valued, and effort is recognised.
Why Join Us?
We’re not just offering another job. We’re building a strong, skilled workforce and want people who are ambitious and want to grow with us. Right now, we’re looking to bring in at least three new tradespeople, with more opportunities opening up soon.
If you’ve got the skills, the graft, and the right attitude, the opportunities here are massive.
