As our MT Support Coordinator, you’ll play a vital role in keeping our fleet running smoothly, safely, and efficiently – helping us deliver excellent service every day.
What you’ll do
As our MT Support Coordinator, your day-to-day will involve supporting our MT & Fleet team by:
- Keeping vehicle and operational records compliant with legislation.
- Maintaining service schedules in line with agreed SLAs.
- Supporting colleagues to improve operational efficiency and customer service.
- Promoting a positive and proactive safety culture.
- Providing outstanding customer service and administrative support across the department.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage service level agreements (SLAs) accurately using internal systems; keep customers informed and records up to date.
- Handle financial responsibilities including invoice management, customer account setup, credit notes, and commercial payments.
- Liaise with Oxford City Council (OCC) to process invoices and update fleet data.
- Support vehicle disposals by managing related documentation (e.g., V11 forms).
- Respond to incoming calls and emails for the MT/Fleet team.
- Oversee internal processes for speeding and parking fines.
- Ensure timely tax renewals for fleet vehicles.
- Coordinate scheduled work via Key2 and keep schedules aligned with internal/external needs.
- Provide ad-hoc admin support to the Transport Manager and wider MT/Fleet team.

Pay: £31,659.00-£32,818.00 per year
