We're searching for a Hire Fleet Road Tester to become an essential part of our dedicated team at 4th Dimension Innovation in Egham, Surrey. If you have a keen eye for quality, thrive on maintaining top-tier motorcycles, and enjoy ensuring excellence in road testing, this is the perfect role for you!
️ Main Duties:
- Conduct road tests on hire fleet motorcycles following workshop maintenance procedures.
- Perform basic motorcycle maintenance, quality control, and fleet cleaning tasks.
- Ensure motorcycles leaving the workshop meet the highest standards of safety and serviceability.
- Support the Hire Fleet output targets by helping maintain top-quality assurance.
- Collaborate with teams to drive quality improvements and lower error rates.
- Assist with motorcycle movement and preparation on-site.
Key Skills:
- Strong attention to detail—maintaining a right-first-time ethos.
- Ability to identify mechanical or service issues in completed motorcycles.
- Physically fit and self-motivated with a dedicated work ethic.
- A full UK motorcycle license and confidence riding a variety of models.
- Team player attitude with a collaborative mindset.
