What You’ll Be Doing
- Move motorcycles safely between the workshop, processing bays, and showroom—supporting the full bike journey.
- Take pride in being part of a high-performing, bike-loving team that gets things done.
- Ensure bikes and parts are in the right place at the right time—supporting technicians, valeters, and sales teams.
- Handle motorcycles with care, following health & safety procedures and maintaining accurate records of movements.
- Spot ways to improve how bikes and parts are stored or moved—making processes smoother and quicker.
- Help keep holding areas tidy and accessible, so the workshop and showroom stay efficient and flowing.
- Build your knowledge of bikes, the workshop environment, and our end-to-end customer process.
- Take on new skills and training, with support from experienced colleagues and team leads.
- Collaborate with colleagues across Workshop, Processing, and Showroom teams to keep production flowing.
- Share updates, solve small issues on the spot, and keep communication clear and proactive.
What We’re Looking For
Must-Haves
- Comfortable with manual handling (e.g., pushing, manoeuvring motorcycles).
- A reliable, proactive team player who takes initiative and works with care.
- Able to follow instructions and health & safety processes in a busy workshop.
- Strong communicator who works well across departments.
Nice-to-Haves
- Experience in a bike or automotive workshop environment.
- An interest in motorcycles (or a willingness to learn fast!).
- Experience safely moving bikes (training provided if needed).
