Join Our Team as a Retail Service Advisor
We are seeking a proactive and experienced Retail Service Advisor to become a vital part of our Motor Transport team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Engagement: Provide exceptional customer service by offering expert advice and accurate quotations for a range of vehicle maintenance services.
- Collaboration: Work closely with our team of Vehicle Technicians to ensure timely updates, efficient parts ordering, and that vehicles are prepared for collection in line with our Service Level Agreements (SLAs) for both internal and external clients.
- Administrative Excellence: Utilise MS Office applications to manage a variety of administrative tasks, including processing payments and maintaining reports, documents, and databases to ensure compliance with relevant legislation.
Ideal Candidate:
- Possesses strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Demonstrates a customer-focused approach and enjoys working collaboratively within a team.
- Has proficiency in MS Office software.
- Is adept at handling a range of customer queries and administrative responsibilities.
