Overview
We are seeking a skilled Mechanic to join our team, responsible for maintaining,ecu tuning and diagnosing and repairing a variety of vehicles . The ideal candidate will possess strong mechanical knowledge and experience with diagnostic software . This role is crucial in ensuring the safety and efficiency of our company, contributing to the overall success of our operations.
Duties
- Conduct routine diagnostics on vehicles and to ensure optimal performance.
- Diagnose mechanical issues using appropriate tools and techniques.
- Perform repairs on engines, transmissions, brakes, and other critical components.
- Utilise power tools and hand tools effectively to complete tasks safely and efficiently.
- Maintain accurate records of repairs, services performed, and parts used.
- Collaborate with team members to identify areas for improvement in maintenance processes.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the workshop environment.
- Remapping of vehicles (training will be given)
Skills
- Proficient in the use of diagnostic tools and hand tools relevant to vehicle maintenance.
- Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot various mechanical problems.
- Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication skills to liaise effectively with colleagues and management.
