This position offers the unique opportunity to become the frontline defence against threats and to handle critical situations with precision and expertise.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor cutting-edge security systems to detect and analyse potential security breaches.
  • Categorise alarms and incidents accurately to prioritise responses effectively.
  • Coordinate swiftly with security services to ensure rapid and effective resolution of incidents.
  • Deliver industry-leading customer service, ensuring clients feel fully supported and valued through every interaction.
  • Operate within a dynamic 24/7 shift pattern, providing you the flexibility to balance work and personal life while contributing to a crucial industry.
