Your day to day duties will include:
- Assisting customers
- Working in all departments such as deli, raw meat counter, veg & fruit, and bakery
- Operating deli equipment such as slicers
- Working at the till area
- Answering queries from customers
- Checking for damaged or missing items
- Storing goods
- Moving stock manually or using lifting equipment such as pump truck
- Replenishing stock
- Checking for price labels
- Cleaning work areas
- Operating a baler
- Keeping records of stock
- Keeping paperwork up to date
