What You’ll Do
As a Mixologist at The Hockley Arts Club, you’ll take center stage behind the bar, crafting exceptional drinks and delivering memorable experiences.
- Create cocktails that wow, from classics to custom creations that reflect The Hockley Arts Club’s style.
- Engage with guests to recommend drinks and provide an exceptional customer experience.
- Maintain a well-stocked, organized, and clean bar area throughout your shift.
- Experiment with new flavors, spirits, and ingredients to innovate and elevate our menu.
- Support private hires, themed evenings, and other special events with your mixology expertise.
What We’re Looking For
We’re looking for someone who lives and breathes mixology, with the skills and personality to match.
- Previous experience as a bartender or mixologist is essential.
- A passion for creating unique, high-quality cocktails.
- Knowledge of spirits, mixers, garnishes, and cocktail trends.
- A friendly, engaging personality that enhances the guest experience.
- The ability to work efficiently and stay calm under pressure.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays to match our opening hours.
