Experienced MIG Welder - Day Shift
Join a leading UK manufacturer and elevate your welding career! We are seeking a skilled and experienced MIG Welder to join dynamic team on a night shift basis.
Position Details:
- Pay Rate: £15.21 per hour
- Overtime: Available
- Shift Pattern: Monday to Thursday, 07:00 - 17:00, Fridays 07:00-15:00
- Hours per Week: 45,5 hours
- Contract Type: Temp to perm position
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform MIG welding on mild steel in various positions (vertical, flat, overhead)
- Execute galvanized welding duties, including welding galvanized steel components
- Conduct quality checks and utilize multiple power tools to finish products
- Apply advanced MIG welding techniques
- Ensure general health and safety on-site and adhere to proper PPE usage
Requirements:
- Proven experience in MIG and galvanized welding is essential
- Ability to pass a weld test
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
