We are expanding our team, looking for someone with the right attitude who is a team player. We are happy to train the right candidate, so no experience is necessary.
Working hours: 4 days a week 08.00 - 17.00 (with an hour's unpaid break) and Saturdays 08.00 - 14.00 (with a half-hour unpaid break; a total of 37.5 hours a week.
Due to our insurance, you need to be over the age of 21.
We are looking for someone with a driving licence, who is able to drive our LWB vehicle.
The role will also include meeting and greeting customers, help them sort out their material and process this on our IT system. Once the customer has been dealt with, we need to process the material. This involves some lifting and is very physical, hands-on work. You will also be required to drive our forklifts at our various sites, to load and unload the vehicle.

· Ensure the company Values are upheld at all times.

· Ensure that PPE is used at all times.
· Support the unit and area manager.
· Ensure the security of the units is maintained.
· Assist your team with customers as and when required.
· Ensure that you check and purchase the material correctly following your training and the procedures.
· Provide adequate customer service to all customers at all times. Be polite, helpful and informative.
· In order to keep a well-organised and safe environment, it is vital that we deal with all material in a timely manner.
· Process the customer forms correctly and follow the ERS procedures/training given regarding customer forms.
· Ensure that the working areas and facilities are kept clean and tidy at all times.
· Complete the machinery check sheets daily and report any issues to the area manager.
· Ensure that you work safely in accordance with our health and safety manual and staff handbook.
