As a Mental Health Specialist, you'll be instrumental in delivering life-changing care through:
Direct Client Impact

What We're Looking For
Essential Requirements
- Minimum 1 year experience in mental health, social care, or related support environments
- Outstanding communication skills with the ability to build rapport and trust quickly
- Genuine commitment to person-centred care and promoting client dignity
- Full UK driving licence with access to own vehicle
- Right to work in the UK
Preferred Qualifications
- NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Health & Social Care (or equivalent)
- Training in recovery-focused or trauma-informed approaches
- Experience with care planning and documentation systems

- Split Shifts: Morning (9am-1pm) or Afternoon (1pm-9pm)
