Salary: £12.45 per hour + £1.50/hour enhancement for weekends & overtime

Caraston Hall Support Ltd is looking for a dedicated and compassionate Mental Health Support Worker to join our friendly and supportive team. We offer person-centred supported living services across Exeter, supporting adults with mental health conditions, learning disabilities, and/or autism.

About the Role:
As a Support Worker, you'll help our clients live fulfilling and independent lives. You’ll work both one-to-one and as part of a team, supporting individuals to achieve their goals, build confidence, and thrive in their communities.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing individualised care and emotional support based on clients’ goals and needs
- Helping clients engage in meaningful activities like cooking, arts & crafts, exercise, or volunteering
- Supporting clients to access local groups and community resources
- Contributing to risk assessments, support planning, and regular reviews
- Ensuring safety and wellbeing through consistent monitoring and reporting
- Promoting dignity, independence, and a positive daily routine
