With four floors, including the iconic Roof Terrace, the club is a dynamic setting for private events ranging from brand launches to intimate dinners and large-scale parties.
ABOUT THE ROLE
We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Membership Administrator to support the day-to-day management of our growing membership. This role is vital to ensuring a seamless experience for our members, from application and onboarding to renewals and ongoing support.
Working closely with the Director of Sales & Marketing, you will be the backbone of our membership team, maintaining meticulous records and providing exceptional service to current and prospective members.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage the end-to-end membership process: applications, onboarding, renewals, payments, and cancellations Maintain accurate and up-to-date member records in the CRM system
- Handle member enquiries via email, phone, and in person, providing timely and professional support
- Support the membership team with data reporting and feedback tracking
- Assist in club tours
- Uphold data protection and confidentiality standards in all administrative tasks
ABOUT YOU
- 1–2 years of experience in an administrative or membership-related role, ideally in hospitality, events, or a private members’ club
- Exceptionally organised with excellent attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Confident using CRM systems (PeopleVine and Tripleseat advantageous)
- Able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines with efficiency
- Friendly, approachable, and professional with a natural customer service mindset
- A proactive team player with a can-do attitude and passion for people
