work closely with the Service Delivery Manager and Rota Specialist Registrar (SpR)
with rota management for the MDT and on-call rotas. The post holder will provide
operational support related to activities on resourcing tasks, training and
recruitment.
The post hold will also be the team leader for front of house team based at Caldecot
centre. Supervising the work of the team ensuring it operates efficiently and
effectively whilst providing a high standard of customer care to patient and visitors.
The nature of the job requires the post-holder to deal with confidential and sensitive
information related to both staff and patients. The post-holder will ensure this
information is kept confidential and secure in line with Trust policies.
- Lead on the coordination and management of medical staffing rotas, ensuring safe staffing levels to
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for medical staff, including advertising, shortlisting,

- Ensure timely and accurate data entry into Electronic Staff Record (ESR) and rostering systems (e.g.,
