Church Avenue Medical Group in Harrogate have an exciting opportunity for a medical receptionist working in our busy GP Practice, the role is varied and fast moving. You will be responsible for ensuring that patients get the best experience on first contact. You will ensure patients are signposted to the correct department, and clinician. Maintaining the front of house reception and manning the incoming and outgoing calls.
We are looking for someone who is passionate about patient experience. You will preferably have some experience of working in a healthcare setting, not necessarily General Practice but you must care about the customer service element of the role and ensuring that patients are treated as individuals. You will have experience of dealing with people both face to face and on the phone. You will have a keen eye for detail and be able to work as a team and independently.
