About the role
An opportunity has arisen for a part time MLA role in our Histopathology Department at Ealing. Applications are invited from enthusiastic and motivated members to join our energetic, highly motivated, dynamic & passionate team at Ealing Hospital. We are looking for someone who is a team player, positive, proactive and attention to detail is essential.
Successful candidate will be working mainly in specimen reception with sample management, assisting specimen dissection & specimen processing under the supervision of qualified Biomedical scientists. Experience is desirable, but full training will be provided.
The successful applicant will be expected to work 15 hours per week, Thursday & Friday 7am – 7pm working in shift patterns.
Due to the nature of work that Sonic Healthcare UK undertakes, our clients require that Employees filling certain roles, need, as part of their on-boarding to complete a DBS Check. This role falls in to the category of requiring a DBS check (standard)
