We are looking for a compassionate and proactive Medical Healthcare Assistant to join our forward thinking and innovative team in Deintyddfa Glandwr - Pwllheli.

The Role
As a Healthcare Assistant, you will work closely with our clinical and administrative staff to support patient care across a range of general practice services. Your role will include assisting with clinical tasks, providing health advice, and supporting the smooth running of clinics. You will be required to work across our sites in Pwllheli as well as Penrhyndeudraeth.
Key Responsibilities
· Conducting basic observations (blood pressure, pulse, temperature, oxygen saturations)
· Phlebotomy (blood taking)
· Health checks and lifestyle advice
· Maintaining accurate patient records
· Chaperoning duties when required
About You
· Previous experience in a healthcare setting is essential
· Phlebotomy training is preferred
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
· Compassionate, reliable and professional
· Ability to work as part of a team and independently
· Basic IT skills for using clinical systems – full training will be provided
