Confidentiality and Governance Ensure all data is handled in accordance with GDPR, NHS Information Governance, and practice protocols.Report data discrepancies or concerns to the Practice Manager or clinical lead.Person SpecificationEssential: Previous experience working in a data entry or administrative role in a healthcare setting.Working knowledge of clinical systems (e.g. EMIS Web, SystmOne).Understanding of medical terminology and clinical coding systems (e.g. SNOMED CT, Read codes).Strong attention to detail and high standards of data accuracy.Ability to prioritise workload and work independently as well as part of a team.Excellent communication and IT skills.
