We’re hiring a to work on a Media Technology Partner on a permanent basis from our office in London, NW1.
As media continues to accelerate in an increasingly complex digital ecosystem, the requirement for technical solutions continues to grow. Due to rapid growth of our Media Technology capability, we’re looking for senior specialist to lead the technology and measurement consultancy for one of our key strategic clients.
This is a diverse role where you will need to flex big picture thinking with technical expertise. We are looking for someone who is a channel or technology expert, with demonstrable experience of solving problems, driving mature solutions and consulting clients.
Role Purpose
The role is consultative, with the goal to drive tech maturity for our clients and help brands answer critical questions around paid search media effectiveness and the privacy landscape. You'll spend the majority of time building a strong consultative relationship with one of our key clients in the global luxury fashion space.
You will need to be autonomous in your approach to workload and prioritization and show real dynamism in your approach to self-learning and development as you keep up to date with industry updates. You will be comfortable having an informed opinion on the latest landscape changes, and positioning yourself as an expert, contributing to thought leadership and consultancy projects. You’ll be a trusted, knowledgeable source of information on developments in search marketing for both our clients and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Work with our teams across activation, planning, technology, measurement, and data, to drive forward a strategic ad/media tech roadmap.
- Work closely with client performance leads o design and educate on the tech & data infrastructure ambitions.
- Lead privacy readiness and cookieless world adoption for clients, across not only tech, but first party data, and media effectiveness.
- Provide consultancy to key clients, mapping their current maturity across Google Marketing Platform, and drawing up a plan to improve it.
- As well as consultancy, you will be comfortable presenting solutions, providing training and delivering enablement to your clients.
- Guide clients on the optimal setup and integration of their platforms. Support with implementation to ensure a smooth onboarding.
- Be an expert across Google Marketing Platform, ensuring you stay familiar with capabilities and inner workings of the tools. Be able to confidently demo platforms, train others and troubleshoot issues.
- Maintain a strong understanding of where the search industry is heading and who emerging new players are. Actively engage in self-development and training.
- Lead and build required client communications and deliverables e.g., training, case studies and workshops.
Skills/Qualifications
- Prior experience in digital advertising, especially within Google Marketing Platform.
- Previous experience managing accounts and owning consultative relationships with clients and media partners.
- Hands on experience of the wider Google Marketing Platform, particularly in SA360 and Google Analytics.
- An understanding of media data and how platforms connect to produce sophisticated use cases.
- Working knowledge of media effectiveness and measurement.
- Demonstrate a passion for Digital Marketing and Media Technology. A real desire to keep abreast of industry news and key partner updates.
- Strong client-facing skills: understanding client needs, maintaining relationships, building partnerships.
- Proficiency with Microsoft apps, including strong skills on Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
