An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our Marketing Department as a Marketing Specialist - Loyalty.
As a key member of the Targeted Marketing & Loyalty team, the role will focus on leading the planning, execution and reporting of Loyalty propositions. The role will also support the creation of store communications and generating content for the Morrisons More app.
This position follows a hybrid model with a 5 day working week.
Our teams work from our vibrant head office in Bradford for three days and remotely for two days a week, Monday to Friday.

Plan and implement loyalty initiatives in accordance with strategic objectives
Achieve executional excellence through working with all relevant functions – ensuring all broadcast Loyalty communications works for colleagues and our customers.
Own the loading of offers into our Loyalty platform and creating engaging banners on the app for these offers
Support the Loyalty, Retail & Marketing teams in generating Morrisons More content, reviewing Point of Sale packages and creating store communications to support our Loyalty promotions.
Own forecasting and reporting of promotions and make recommendations for improvements.
Build and maintain successful relationships with both internal and external stakeholders
Follow Loyalty processes to ensure organisational efficiency and control

About You

For this role, we’re looking for someone who has:
Experience of managing Marketing and/or Loyalty activity within a Retail environment
Technical knowledge of Targeted Marketing & Loyalty processes
Clear communication skills - verbal, written & numerical
Must be highly organised and able to prioritise a varied workload
Passionate and committed to delivering great quality work with keen attention to detail
Ability to prioritise and adapt to change, based on the needs of the business
Ability to build strong internal and external relationships at all levels, with the ability to influence stakeholders
Customer focussed with a positive attitude
Data savvy and confident forecasting and reporting
Experience of working in fast paced environment with lots of change
The desire to increase your Marketing and Loyalty knowledge and experience
