Job Purpose
The Marketing Project Coordinator plays a vital role in ensuring the successful execution of marketing campaigns and initiatives. This position supports the marketing team by coordinating projects, tracking timelines, and facilitating communication between team members and stakeholders. We are looking for a self-starter who is able to hit the ground running in a fast paced environment.
The position is fully remote, however applicants will be required to permanently reside in the UK as there will be occasional travel for team meetings and greyhound events. Full support for working from home will be provided including provision of equipment.

Principal accountabilities and responsibilities
- Coordinate marketing projects from conception to completion, ensuring all deadlines are met
- Create and maintain project schedules, timelines, and documentation
- Organise and schedule meetings, prepare agendas, and document action items
- Track project progress and provide regular status updates to stakeholders
- Coordinate internal resources and third-party vendors to deliver projects on time
- Manage project budgets and track expenses
- Support the development and execution of marketing events
- Assist in developing project briefs and creative requirements
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, or relative experience
- 1-3 years of experience in marketing or project coordination
- Experience with Monday.com or similar cloud-based project management software
- A background in greyhound racing or sports industry is preferable
- Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office; Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams etc.) and other project management tools
- Expert-level Excel skills for data analysis, budget tracking, and reporting
- Experience with pivot tables, formulas, and data visualisation in Excel
- Utilising PowerPoint to create professional presentations in alignment with brand guidelines
- Experience with marketing analytics and reporting (preferred)
- Passion for detail and timely delivery
- Ability to think creatively to add value to ideas or solve problems

Pay: £28,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
