Remuneration Package:
· Salary to be negotiated dependent on qualifications and experience.

Role Profile:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing & PR professional to lead and execute our marketing, public relations, and communications efforts. This individual will be instrumental in promoting the group’s brand and services, managing digital platforms, supporting recruitment efforts, and producing internal and external communications to raise our profile with both current and prospective clients, including blue-chip organisations.
Minimum Qualifications/Experience:
- 3+ years’ experience in a marketing or communications role
- Excellent writing, editing, and content creation skills.
- Strong digital marketing, SEO, and web management knowledge.
- Experience with CRM, CMS, and email marketing tools (e.g., WordPress, Mailchimp, HubSpot).
- Ability to work collaboratively with internal stakeholders and external partners.

· Manage PR campaigns to enhance visibility across traditional and digital media.
· Build and maintain relationships with press and media outlets.

· Maintain and regularly update company websites to ensure content is current, engaging, and aligned with branding.
· Optimise SEO and web traffic strategies.
· Manage social media channels and analytics reporting.
· Create targeted recruitment campaigns and collateral to attract top talent.
· Support HR in promoting career opportunities and company culture.
· Produce engaging newsletters for both internal staff and external stakeholders.
· Coordinate and align messaging to ensure brand consistency.
· Work with department leads to gather content and success stories.
· Assist with identifying and targeting tenders and frameworks aligned with strategic growth goals.
· Create marketing materials and tailored presentations to support bid submissions.
· Develop campaigns to attract new blue-chip clients and maintain relationships with existing ones.
