We have an exciting opportunity for someone to join our Construction team as Marketing Executive. Reporting to the Marketing Lead, you will be responsible for the strategic and tactical execution of creative and engaging marketing campaigns, planning marketing events and product launches, developing an online presence and content writing for social media and campaigns.
The hours are predominantly Monday to Friday 8.30am-5pm and we are operating a hybrid model of working.
The responsibilities of the Marketing Executive include:
- Contributing to, developing and implementing comprehensive marketing campaigns in line with the overall business marketing strategies working with the relevant division to take the brief on the elements of the promotion, timescales when it will run, products to be included etc. Then develop the communications and Point of Sale Materials to promote the campaign and support the Dealers.
- Monitoring and analysing marketing campaign performance, and other relevant metrics to provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Managing digital marketing ensuring we have engaging and dynamic content on all social platforms, delivering this through a digital media plan.
- Providing marketing liaison/support for product photoshoots/shows / product launches and writing and supporting with marketing briefs when appropriate.
- Organising and participating in events, shows, exhibitions, conferences to promote the brand and build relationships, and manage the marketing activities, including pre/during/post show promotion, show stand graphics to ensure the brand is represented correctly.
- To take day to day responsibility for general Marketing operations in order to meet our customer service levels.

Skills and experience required include:
- Marketing experience, ideally within this industry, but not essential or previous experience within this industry and a knowledge of working within a dealer network.
- Strong IT skills.
- General office administration experience.
- Focused, well organised with a professional approach whilst prioritising to ensure all work is completed to the correct standards and timescales.
- Work effectively within a team.
- Self-motivated and able to work to high standards and tight deadlines.
- Proactive planning ability.
- Creative and adaptive problem-solving skills.
- Excellent organisational skills
- There will be UK and possibly European travel involved within the role which will require some overnight stops therefore a current clean driving licence and passport are required.
