Flamingo Marketing Strategies was founded in June 2019 and has grown from a back-bedroom start-up into a thriving team of eight, working from a beautiful office with scenic views just outside Leamington Spa.
We’re now looking for a new Marketing Executive to join our flamboyance as one of our team spreads their wings and moves into Automotive Marketing. This has created an exciting opportunity for someone new to step in and bring their own strengths to the team.

Main responsibilities may include:
Lead Generation & Prospect100 Delivery
- Own and manage the Prospect100 campaigns for our clients, ensuring the delivery of 100 new engaged prospects each month through targeted outreach and nurturing channels.
Email Marketing Campaign Management
- Plan, write, schedule, and monitor email campaigns tailored to client goals, ensuring ongoing pipeline engagement and conversion.
SEO Strategy & Execution
- Develop and implement SEO strategies to improve clients’ organic search visibility, including keyword research, content optimisation, meta-data enhancements, and performance tracking.
Paid Advertising & PPC Campaign Management
- Oversee PPC campaigns across platforms (e.g., Google Ads, LinkedIn), setting targeting parameters, managing budgets, monitoring ROI, and optimising performance.
Database Building & Direct Mail Coordination
- Build and manage prospect databases, supporting lead capture initiatives. Coordinate direct-mail campaigns when applicable, ensuring alignment with wider marketing goals.
Social Media Management
- Assist with planning, writing, and distributing social media content across platforms, aligning with overall strategy to boost engagement and client visibility.
Content Creation & Blog Support
- Collaborate on and refine written content for newsletters, blog posts, and thought-leadership articles to support brand awareness and client positioning.
Performance Reporting & Analytics
- Monitor and analyse metrics across email, SEO, PPC, social media, and lead-gen campaigns. Produce regular reports and use insights to refine tactics and demonstrate ROI.
Website Content & CMS Management
- Update and create website pages, ensuring accuracy, SEO best practice, and brand alignment. Confidently use website CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress or similar) to publish content and improve user experience.
Client Liaison & Strategy Support
- Assist with client communications, participate in content calls and help translate client goals into deliverable marketing plans.
Cross-Functional Team Coordination
- Liaise with the in-house design team to ensure seamless execution of visual assets (e.g., social graphics, printed materials), maintaining brand consistency and timely delivery.
Bonus Skills
Our own website and many of our clients’ sites are built on WordPress, so CMS experience is highly valued. We also use HighLevel as our CRM – if you’ve worked with it before, be sure to mention it in your cover letter!

Flamingo Marketing Strategies Ltd. is a vibrant marketing agency based just outside Leamington Spa, Warwickshire. Since launching in 2019, we’ve grown into a thriving team supporting around 20 clients across a wide range of industries.
We’re a “done-for-you” marketing agency, meaning we handle everything from strategy and content creation to email marketing, social media, SEO, PPC, video production and beyond. Our office is on Banbury Road, conveniently located near the M40, A46 and within easy reach of Warwick, Leamington Spa, Solihull, and Stratford-upon-Avon.
We work together in the office Monday to Friday (9am–5:30pm), collaborating closely as a team to deliver great results for our clients.

- Contract: Full-time OR Part-time – 6-month probation period
- Holiday allowance: 20 days PLUS bank holidays pro-rata (loyalty scheme to reach 25 days) PLUS Christmas closedown extra holiday (not taken out of your allowance if targets are met)
