The Role
Demand Generation and Campaigns
- Plan and execute multi-channel demand generation campaigns, with a primary focus on e-commerce growth.
- Support lead generation for both e-commerce and B2B customer segments.
- Build and optimise marketing automations and nurture sequences to drive conversions.
- Assist in developing self-serve flows for lower-tier customers to unlock scalable, low-touch revenue streams.
- Develop and execute a full-funnel content strategy, including short form video and thought leadership content that showcases industry expertise and product excellence.
- Conduct market research to identify popular topic and trends in retail and logistics.
- Support in planning and executing events that build brand awareness and generate leads.
Community and Social Growth
- Own and grow our social media channels with a focus on engagement and community building
- Support the growth of our driver community through engaging content, incentives and rewards and collaborate with influencers and organisations to leverage existing audiences and expand our reach.
Performance and Insights
- Monitor and report on campaign performance using tools like GA4 and HubSpot.
- Conduct data research projects to improve segmentation, targeting, and customer understanding.
- Identify optimisation opportunities through regular reporting cadences.
About You
You’re a proactive, creative thinker with a digital-first mindset and a passion for content and growth marketing. You’re confident in your ideas, collaborative in your approach, and always looking for ways to improve and innovate.
You’ll likely bring:
- 2+ years of experience in a marketing role (or a strong portfolio showcasing relevant work).
- Proven experience in B2B marketing including campaign execution, and content creation.
- A data-driven mindset with experience using tools like GA4, HubSpot, or similar.
- A passion for social media, community building, and digital storytelling.
- Excellent copywriting and communication skills.
- Expertise with AI tools and a curiosity for emerging tech.
- Highly organised, detail-oriented, and comfortable juggling multiple projects.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: £24,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
