The role: This is an exciting role focused on supporting marketing activities for our MLB division's PXD HR software solution. You will work closely with senior marketing colleagues to execute marketing campaigns and programs that drive demand generation for this complex enterprise HR product. This role offers excellent opportunities to learn about B2B marketing in the HR technology sector while contributing to meaningful marketing initiatives that support our growth objectives. Day-to-day, you will: • Execute multi-channel marketing campaigns using Marketo • Create marketing content, case studies, and sales materials • Generate and qualify leads for sales team • Track campaign performance and create reports • Support events, webinars, and vendor coordination • Learn PXD HR software and develop B2B marketing expertise Your skills and experiences might also include: • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or Communications • Strong communication and analytical skills • Experience with B2B marketing and Microsoft Office • Organized, proactive, and collaborative • Interest in B2B marketing and HR technology sector At Access, we are committed to creating a welcoming and inclusive environment where everyone can thrive.
