To help take our marketing to the next level, we’re looking for a creative and driven Marketing Executive to join our team on a 12-month maternity cover contract. This role would suit someone early in their marketing career who is looking to get hands on in a variety of marketing channels.

What You’ll Be Doing
As Marketing Executive, you’ll support the day-to-day execution of multichannel campaigns, with a strong focus on social media, email marketing, influencer outreach, and content creation.
You’ll have the opportunity to take full ownership of campaigns, working closely within the marketing and commercial team to drive performance and engage our growing audience of UK families.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Creating engaging, on-brand campaigns across social (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok) – including graphics, copywriting, and post setup.
- Scheduling and publishing organic content as part of the marketing calendar.
- Be a part of end-to-end marketing campaigns across organic channels, paid social, and email (using tools like Klaviyo and Meta Business Suite).
- Identifying, contacting, and managing partnerships with relevant micro-influencers to build brand reach.
- Keeping up with the latest digital marketing and content trends to ensure we’re always ahead of the curve.
- Helping to plan campaigns 2–3 months in advance, with a focus on seasonality and upcoming events.
- Collaborating with the commercial team to ensure alignment between offers and marketing content.
- Visiting attractions when required to capture original content and boost campaign authenticity.
About You
We’re looking for someone who’s creative, organised, and excited to play a hands-on role in growing a digital-first brand.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Some experience of successful marketing campaigns, ideally in an e-commerce or b2c.
- Good knowledge of social media platforms, especially Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok and what performs well.
- A keen eye for design and visual storytelling—bonus points if you’ve used Canva or Figma.
- Excellent copywriting and communication skills, with the ability to tailor content to different audiences and channels.
- Strong campaign planning and project management abilities, with a proactive, get-things-done attitude.
- A passion for trends, content, and social culture—you know what makes people stop scrolling.
- Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Nice to Have
- Previous experience working with family-focused brands or within the travel/leisure industry (We will help you get up to speed if not!)
- Basic video editing or photography skills.
- Experience with tools like Meta Business Suite, Klaviyo (full training provided)
