Summary
We are looking for a Marketing and Sales Administrator to join our team for a 12-month maternity cover, with the potential for the role to extend. This is a key opportunity to play a vital behind-the-scenes role in bringing beautiful homes to market and supporting the sales journey from start to finish. Flexible working will be considered for the right person.
Responsibilities
- Coordinating pre-marketing logistics such as photo shoots, floor plans and EPCs
- Supporting the Marketing Lead with onboarding new homes to market
- Preparing and issuing terms of business and client documents
- Carrying out Anti Money Laundering Checks
- Issuing sales memos
- Managing sales completion admin such as invoicing and gifts
- Organising client milestone cards, review requests and thoughtful touches
- Running monthly and quarterly direct mail campaigns and tracking performance
- Overseeing day-to-day office admin including supplies and systems
- Helping with ad hoc support for applicant registrations, viewings and valuations
