The position will suit those wishing to start or develop a career in manufacturing.
You will be working as part of a fast paced busy production line which manufactures a variety of paper rolls for tills and credit card machines. You will work closely with the managers and other employees.
Your duties will include:
- Reporting to your line manager and taking instructions from senior colleagues
- Packing paper rolls (varying sizes and weights)
- Quality checking of the product
- There will be opportunity to develop.
- Training to operate the slitting/rewinding machines as appropriate.
Production/ factory experience may be beneficial but not essential as full training will be given (including manual handling).
