This is a fantastic opportunity for motivated individuals eager to learn new skills and contribute to the creation of innovative, custom products. As a Transformer Assembler, you will receive comprehensive training in a variety of techniques, applying your skills to assemble complex, one-of-a-kind products from component level to fully functional systems.
Key Processes Include:
- Winding custom coils in low volumes
- Core insertion
- Termination of windings using a wide range of terminals and techniques
- Painting and finishing
- Testing and inspection
- Completing manufacturing processes for complex, prototype projects
- Problem-solving throughout the production cycle, especially when working on products never made before
- Working independently and collaboratively within small teams
