Responsibilities

- Ensure all tools and equipment are sanitised and maintained in accordance with health and safety regulations.
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting clients warmly and addressing their needs throughout their visit.
- Consult with clients to understand their preferences and recommend suitable treatments or products.
- Stay updated on the latest trends in nail care and beauty techniques to provide clients with innovative services.
- Maintain a clean and organised workstation to ensure an efficient workflow.
- Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records of services provided.
