Maintenance Supervisor will be responsible to setup, implement, record, supervise a preventative maintenance system for maintaining factory plant, equipment and systems to also ensure so far is as reasonably practicable that plant & equipment remains operational. To ensure that all major maintenance/repairs to plant & equipment is carried out during planned shutdown normally during normal holiday times.
To ensure when required essential maintenance or breakdown of essential equipment a team is in place to carry out works after the normal factory shift or during the weekend.
To ensure the smooth running of our workshop and maintenance team so all H&S requirements are carried out, adequate supplies of required supplies are in stock
To ensure all equipment is maintained after each cycle run so it's always ready for the next cycle.
Working as part of a small and dedicated maintenance team, working on an extended day shift you will be required to plan/supervise all aspects of mechanical repairs. This may include some fabrication, gas cutting and welding duties which will also be necessary in order to keep the plant operational and serviced in accordance with the sites maintenance schedules
