We’re looking for someone with great organisational skills, a hands-on approach and the ability to keep things moving in a fast-paced environment. Key responsibilities include:
- Carrying out Building (Mechanical or Carpentry or Plumbing bias) and Grounds Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) activities.
- Carrying out Building (Mechanical or Carpentry or Plumbing Bias) and Grounds Reactive Maintenance Activities.
- Keeping plant rooms, stores and work shop clean, tidy, safe, and well organised.
- Regularly lifting and moving items (frequently up to 25kg).
