We are seeking a skilled and reliable Mobile Maintenance Operative to join our team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the maintenance and upkeep of various facilities across different locations. This is an excellent opportunity to become a part of a dynamic team within a reputable facilities management company.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintenance Tasks: Perform a range of maintenance and repair tasks on various property's , including but not limited to joinery, plumbing, painting works.
Diagnose and address maintenance issues efficiently and effectively.
Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance as required.
Maintain accurate records of work completed and materials used on our app.
Driving: Hold a full and valid UK driving license for a minimum of 2 years, and be over 25 year old
Travel to different sites as needed for maintenance tasks.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in maintenance and repair work.
- Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Effective communication skills.
- Be confidant at using iPhone

Pay: £29,000.00-£31,000.00 per year
