We are recruiting for a Maintenance Administrator within our Service department.
Daily duties:
Contract Administration
- Contract Management and Renewals
- Review upcoming contract expiry dates and initiate renewal processes
- Prepare and send renewal documentation to clients
- Update CRM system with renewal status and raise jobs as required
- Check outstanding payment status and contact customers via email or phone
- Liaise with finance to reconcile accounts and escalate overdue payments
- Cancellation reporting
- Track and log contract cancellations
- Investigate reasons for cancellations and escalate recurring issues or patterns
- Prepare and distribute weekly cancellation reports to stakeholders
- Contract sales support
Service Administration
- Engineer Report Management
- Compile daily reports submitted by field engineers
- Format and verify accuracy of engineer data before submission to customers
- Provide cross-functional support across departments during peak periods.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: £25,000.00-£27,500.00 per year
