Location: Bournemouth (office based)
Hours: 42.5 hours per week with 30 min paid lunch break
Pay: £27,000 - £27,5000 depending on experience
DWP Housing Partnership, a leading private landlord based in Bournemouth, Dorset, is seeking a dedicated and experienced Administrator to join our growing team. With a portfolio of over 3000 units and a commitment to providing excellent living conditions for our tenants, we need a robust individual to help us uphold our high standards.

We're looking for a detail-oriented individual with an eye for quality and a knack for problem solutions to join our dynamic team as a Maintenance Administrator. You will be the go-to person in this position for keeping our facilities operating smoothly! Excellent telephone manner is a must!
Duties:
- Answering customer calls/email’s and enquiries via our portal regarding breakdowns and planned service works
- To allocate jobs to suitable engineers within allocated areas
- Answering general enquiries
- General administration - including data entry, answering telephone calls, cover as required
- Schedule engineers’ diaries
- General administrative tasks
- Have worked in a fast paced environment, ability to multi-task
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Great telephone manner
- Customer and team focused
- Must be computer literate

- Attention to detail
- Knowledge of computer systems such as Outlook, Word, Excel
- Good telephone manner
