Start at £12.46 then increase to £12.69 upon completion of training.

Job Overview
- To maintain efficient and cost effective production of the laminated product
- Set and operate profile laminating machine
Responsibilities
- Ensuring that all machinery is maintained and kept in good working order
- Setting up of the machines, ensuring the settings are correct
- Ensuring the hot melt glue is topped up
- Selecting correct PVC foil
- Constant checking of lamination process and adhesive usage
- Monitoring and quality checking the end product
- Monitoring and checking the packing
- Preparing profiles for laminating (i.e getting them out of stock)
- Completing relevant paperwork
- Monitoring the housekeeping and general cleanliness of all work areas
· Qualifications
- Proven experience in a manufacturing facility with hands-on factory experience preferred.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented setting while also being self-motivated.
- Strong mechanical aptitude with an emphasis on quality control practices.
- Forklift certification is desirable but not mandatory. We encourage candidates who possess these skills to apply for this exciting opportunity in our manufacturing team.
