Monday to Friday - 40 hours per week/8 hours per day
2 positions:
1. AM - 06:00 - 2:00
2. PM – 2:00pm - 10:00pm

Position Summary
We are looking for a Machine Minder Skilled for the Production Team. Reporting to the Production Supervisor, you will be required to manage your machine efficiently and accurately.
This role requires a great level of attention to detail.
Main Duties/Responsibilities
- Responsible for the daily start-up and overseeing of the machinery throughout the day
- Reporting faults where necessary
- Ensuring the correct labels are printed and used to maintain our high standards.
- Working directly with the Production Supervisor and Technical Support
- Setting up the machines in order to start a production cycle
- Ensure the area is clean and tidy with no remains of a previous run
- Controlling and adjusting the machine settings
- Perform quality control checks on products: check taste, correct weights, check metal detector, make sure the date code and best before date is correct on the product and box
- Report equipment faults to the Supervisor in charge
- Knowledge of total strip down of machines after each run for cleaning
- Contribute to continuous improvement activities
- Train/mentor less experienced Operators
- Support, comply and ensure compliance with Health & Safety regulations, the Employee Handbook, Quality and Environmental standards, and all other Company policies and procedures
- Contribute to a safe and clean working environment at all times. Follow the Clean as you go procedures
- Routine maintenance of production equipment and machinery.
- To support the introduction of new equipment and machinery.
- Participate in team training and briefing.
Required Essential Skills
- Previous experience in a similar role
- The ability to speak and write fluent English
- Mathematical aptitude

- Good communication skills, both written and verbal
- Great attention to detail
- Quick learner with the ability to follow continuous training
- Reliable, flexible and a positive can do attitude
- Team player but also able to work on their own initiative
