All of our work is conducted via WhatsApp. It’s fast-paced, high-value, and detail-critical — and the role we play is providing our B2B partners with the information, accuracy, and urgency they need to serve their end clients flawlessly.
The Role
We’re hiring an experienced Account Manager who has worked in a fast-paced, high-volume luxury environment — this could be resale, personal shopping, jewellery, private aviation, or high-value sourcing.
You must have experience managing live sales or sourcing conversations via instant messaging platforms like WhatsApp or WeChat, and be fully confident working in a professional, client-facing capacity. This role requires someone who can communicate with polish, accuracy, and speed — supporting some of the most demanding stylists, platforms, and concierge teams in the industry.
This is not a traditional showroom or boutique role. It’s about owning relationships, staying organised under pressure, and presenting information clearly and commercially via WhatsApp — often across multiple accounts at once.
You’ll be supported by internal pricing and fulfilment support, but you’ll lead the day-to-day WhatsApp communication and be expected to deliver consistently high-quality service while representing our brand with discretion and professionalism.
The role is based in London with a hybrid structure (minimum 3 days per week in person) and will require international travel.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage active WhatsApp conversations with stylists, concierge teams, and brand managers
- Offer in-stock items quickly and accurately, including prices, shipping info, and duties
- Track and follow up on sourcing requests and client wishlists
- Liaise internally to check availability and request product information
- Maintain precise information on product details, availability, and timelines
- Proactively keep conversations moving, without being chased
- Ensure clean, accurate communication at every touchpoint

- Calm under pressure — you’ll be working in a high-volume, high-trust environment
- Polished and professional — you’ll be client-facing and representing our brand directly
Required Experience
- Direct experience managing WhatsApp, WeChat, or DM-based sales/sourcing
- Background in luxury resale, personal shopping, jewellery, private aviation, or high-end fashion operations
- Comfortable working with fast turnaround times and managing multiple accounts
- Proven track record of managing minimum monthly revenue targets of £400,000+, ideally in a high-pressure, relationship-driven environment
- Hermès knowledge is a bonus, but not essential if you’re a fast learner with a strong commercial instinct
- London-based with the ability to work in-office part of the week
- Comfortable with independent international travel to Asia, Middle East and U.S.

Pay: £32,000.00-£40,000.00 per year
