Job Description
Portico are currently on the lookout for a Lobby and bike park (Active Commuter Park) Supervisor, to join our team based at one of the most impressive and iconic multitenant buildings in the City.
The overall aim of the Lobby & ACP Supervisor is to play the central role in looking after the team operating the Front of House services within the building.
They will uphold the high standards of customer service expected by the tenants, supervising the team and helping the manager to oversee the day to day operation. The Lobby & ACP Supervisor will be inspiring and energising, having a positive impact on the internal working environment, naturally creating positive relationships with everyone they are in contact with.
This is a hands-on, mobile role. So, the successful candidate must be prepared to spend most of their time on their feet in the lobby space, moving around, welcoming, navigating and triaging visitors. It is essential that the successful candidate can maintain this level of physical activity each day.
Hours: Mon-Fri 40 hours a week
Salary: £36, 225 per annum.
Qualifications
Previous experience in a 5* customer service environment, retail, hospitality or ex cabin crew is essential, as well as experience of supervising a large team within one of these environments.
