Loading Shovel Operator – Full Time – Competitive Pay (Feltham, TW14)
We are seeking an experienced and safety-conscious Loading Shovel Operator to join our busy Waste Transfer Station in Feltham. This is a full-time role with competitive pay, overtime opportunities, and the chance to work with West London’s leading waste management provider.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate a loading shovel to load lorries and move waste.
- Push up waste piles to maintain site efficiency.
- Complete daily defect sheets and basic maintenance checks.
- Keep the loading shovel clean, tidy, and in excellent condition.
- Work safely in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements:
- Valid licence to operate a loading shovel.
- Previous experience in a waste, recycling, or environmental site.
- Strong safety awareness.
- Reliable, punctual, and takes pride in their work.
Hours & Pay:
- Monday to Friday: 07:00 – 17:00
- Saturday: 07:00 – 13:00
- Overtime available if wanted.
- Pay negotiable depending on experience.
