About the Role:
We’re hiring two Live Stream Presenters to join our team at Lynch Collective. This is a solo-streaming role for confident, passionate individuals who can keep the energy up, engage viewers, and present vintage clothing with personality.
You’ll be hosting daily live sales from our HQ — showcasing your own hand-picked rail of vintage stock. The streams are run solo, so you’ll need to be self-motivated, organised, and comfortable speaking on camera for extended periods. Even when chat’s quiet, you’ll keep things moving.
We don’t need a long CV — we care more about your attitude, personality, and attention to detail than your past experience. If you’ve got great communication skills, a genuine love of vintage, and a good eye for what sells, we’d love to hear from you.
Shifts Available (2 Roles):
We’re looking to fill two fixed shift patterns to ensure consistent daily coverage:
Role A – Early Streamer:
- Monday: 9:00 AM – 2:45 PM
- Wednesday: 2:45 PM – 8:00 PM
- Thursday: 9:00 AM – 2:45 PM
- Friday: 2:45 PM – 8:00 PM
- Saturday: 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM
Role B – Late Streamer:
- Monday: 2:45 PM – 8:00 PM
- Tuesday: 2:45 PM – 8:00 PM
- Wednesday: 9:00 AM – 2:45 PM
- Thursday: 2:45 PM – 8:00 PM
- Friday: 8:30 PM – 12:30 AM
- Sunday: 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM
Key Responsibilities:
- Host live streams showcasing vintage clothing to a live audience
- Pick and organise your own rail of stock before each shift
- Present items clearly, describing sizes, condition, and any flaws
- Engage with customers and answer questions in real time
- Maintain a consistent, professional presence on camera
- Share viewer feedback and key product interest with the wider team
Who We’re Looking For:
- Confident speaker with a strong on-camera presence
- Fun, approachable, and able to carry a conversation solo
- Self-motivated with good time management
- Excellent attention to detail (no flaws missed!)
- Genuine passion for fashion, vintage, or resale
- Comfortable working independently and to a consistent routine
