Female Self-Employed Live-In Care Professional – Complex Needs Support (Tonbridge) | 3 Days Per Week

We are looking for a kind, capable and experienced female live-in care professional to support a 50-year-old woman in Tonbridge who lives with Cerebral Palsy. This is a fulfilling role offering consistent work in a supportive home environment, where family involvement is a key part of daily life.
About the Role
You will provide one-to-one care and support including:
- Full personal care and assistance with mobility
- Shared cooking duties with a family member
- Help with feeding, companionship and social activities
- Accompanying the client on outings and appointments
- Engaging with the client’s mother and family with sensitivity and professionalism
About You
We are seeking a confident, respectful and thoughtful care professional who can navigate family dynamics with diplomacy. You should bring:
- Excellent verbal communication and clear written records
- Warmth, patience and a sense of humour
- An appreciation of long-term care needs and the importance of continuity
- The ability to maintain professional boundaries in a home shared with next of kin
The client’s next of kin is very involved and takes an active interest in the individual's care. You will need to work collaboratively while maintaining a person-centred approach that supports the client’s independence and wellbeing.

Requirements

- Must be self-employed and have the right to work in the UK
