Line Leader – (Prep) Afternoon Shift

We have a new opportunity within our Prep Department for a Line Leader to join our Icebird Production Team.

The role is a full time permanent position working Monday to Friday 13.45 – 22.00

The estimated start date for the role is 01st August 2025.

You will be responsible for organising all manufacturing operations within the assigned area of responsibility, ensuring the most effective return on assets with no detriment to the operation.

.An overview of the role is detailed below:

• Maintain and improve housekeeping/GMP within all areas
• Replenish line with raw materials
• To report/highlight any machinery or product related issues
• Acting as a role model for all agreed people management practices
• Managing, guiding and coaching direct reports whilst demonstrating best practice at all times
• Building effective relationships
• Responsibility for all CCP’s in designated areas
• Completion of paperwork and checks with no errors
• Promptly communicating problems to Team Leader
• Provide 1st Line supervisory to the line and employees
• Responsible for 1st Line Maintenance of equipment in the designated area
• Any other adhoc tasks requested by management
• Adhere to the company’s H&S policies and procedures
• Adhere to the company’s Hygiene policies and procedures

Ideally candidates will have worked within a similar role with the ability to work as part of a team.

Candidates should have good communication skills with the ability to problem solve.

Food production experience is preferred however not essential.
