Job Title: Lettings Valuer
Location: North Leeds
Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 Basic (DOE) + Commission
OTE: £45,000+
Overview:
We’re looking for a proactive and ambitious Business Development Manager & Lettings Valuer to join a growing lettings team. This is a key role focused on winning new landlord instructions, growing market share, and valuing rental properties with confidence and professionalism. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in lettings, a proven track record in bringing on new business, and the drive to exceed targets in a competitive market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively identifying and winning new landlord instructions across Leeds.
- Attending valuations and converting leads into signed agreements
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with landlords and property investors
- Promoting the company’s lettings and property management services to new clients
- Staying informed on local market trends and competitor activity
- Delivering accurate and persuasive rental valuations with market knowledge to support recommendations
- Working closely with the lettings team to ensure smooth onboarding of new properties
- Meeting and exceeding individual business generation and revenue targets
Requirements:
- Proven experience in lettings, with a strong focus on business development and valuations
- Excellent knowledge of the local rental market
- Target-driven with a demonstrable track record of winning instructions
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and manage your own pipeline
- Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
